Hi Jeeban.
The first is the main digester and the second is the expansion chamber where sluury is displaced when gas presure builds up in the main digester and pushes down the slurry inside to create space for building up gas volume to occupy.

- Yes India is the place as you must have already been aware where BIOGAS was invented way back in 1850's
and yes i have installed quite a few biogas plants on Biodegradable municipal solid waste/kitchen waste/canteen waste etc.,
Size of the plants vary at different locations, they are right from 1000 kgs of input per day to 5000 kgs of input feed material per day, and have installed on two different types of technologies i.e,. Floating Dome as well as Fixed dome and have also installed small scale industrial fuel solution plants based on Castor deoiled cake and sugar cane industry byproduct Press mud,
Presently we are under desigining stage of installing a big project which will treat approx 35000 tons per annum of press mud, will share the details once we complete the project.
